What info do I need to booK yOU?

While the amount of info required varies from booking to booking, as a bare minimum, we will need:

  • a date of the event, session, etc.

  • the location(s)

  • The services you are requesting (ex. Videography, photography, etc.)

  • A detailed description of the event.

  • Bonus points if you have a schedule of the event!!!

Do you take work outside of Austin/Texas?

Absolutely! We love to travel! We’ll Go just about anywhere to provide you with the Vertex experience!

How long until I get my photos or Video Back?

Again, that depends on the type of project. For a 1-hour photo session, you can expect your photos in a Week. For most of our clients, You can expect your project to be done Within 2 weeks from the last day of shooting. However, if we expect it to take longer for whatever Reason, we will make sure that you are aware.

Do you provide Raw Files along with edited photos/footage?

The short answer is no. However, There are occasions where we provide RaW files without edited versions. Nevertheless, you absolutely must communicate that up front. you wouldn’t ask a restaurant to bring you the raw ingredients for a dish along with a prepared version of the meal. Why would this be any different?

How many rounds of revisions (edits) do you allow?

For our photography projects, We typically only allow one round of revisions for free. For Video projects, we typically allow two rounds of free revisions. However, if you feel that your project will need more Revisions, That can be negotiated Prior to the signing of the contract.

What happens if you Get sick and can’t make it?

We’re really good a making friends here at Vertex Media. if we can’t make it because of an issue on our end (ex. sick or a Double booking) We have friends who are happy to fill in. We would send you their work and if you like what you see, and their services still fall within the budget, We’ll send them in our place. If that doesn’t Work then we will issue a full Refund. Reservation Fee Included.

What if I need to reschedule?

As long as you Reschedule prior to the 48-hour mark before your booking, and if we are available, THen there’s no harm done. If we are not available, then you won’t be charged for the booking. However, your reservation fee will not be refunded.
